Kristen Faulkner, Owner

Kristen has been providing support, both virtually and in-person, to corporations, small businesses, writers, entrepreneurs, and musicians for over 10 years. A lover of the arts, she began To Do's, Done to support smaller brands and individuals who didn't have the means or desire to hire full time support staff, but were still in need of assistance with certain tasks or projects.

Kristen volunteers with several local non-profits, particularly those focused on suicide prevention and animal rescue. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a clinical psychology graduate degree with a concentration in trauma. She's taken courses or received certificates in social media marketing, small business accounting, and nonprofit management. 

Over the years, she's built a small team of trusted "doers" to help handle the volume of tasks that come in daily. Each doer has their own specialty, so that no matter what project you need help on, you have someone with extensive experience supporting you.

Johanny Aguilar

Johanny Aguilar is our rockstar virtual assistant with a creative flair and persuasive manner. She's the person you want if you're having trouble communicating with your vendors, need someone to help organize your email/calendar system, or need some creative flair for your upcoming event. Johanny has over 10 years experience in providing administrative and sales support, so she's the one we'd send for any contract negotiations. She's the person who'll sit down next to the VIP at a marketing event and walk away with their personal cell phone number and also the person we'd call when trying to recreate something we found on Pinterest.

David Lane

David Lane is our marketing and process improvement guru. He can create a creative marketing campaign to help build your brand, tapping outlets that may not have been explored previously. He's also the person we call when things start to fall apart and need fixing. With over 10 years experience in fundraising, major events, and community outreach, David has a remarkable ability to pinpoint pain points and find solutions to them. If you need someone to streamline your processes and improve efficiency, David is your man. He also plays a mean guitar.
